Harassment since we moved in

Since we moved in we have been getting harassed and attacked and we are not liking it we have only been here for almost 3 months and we have already gotten over 20 notices we are just trying to work things out and get things figured out and if the complaints keep up we will be moving so keep it up capriet keep harassing us and keep attacking us we will be filing a dispute and getting things figured out

I've contacted them several times no answer no call back. This is playing with my livelihood bc there the reason thats holding me up on moving to another place. The management is terrible. I've had bad experience living on one of the properties. Greenwood Apartments. My ceiling fell in the 1st 6 months of me moving in. I've never got a carpet cleaning the 4 years I stayed there and I've lso had 3 different leaks to it made my bill 700 for 3 months straight. I wouldn't tell anyone to rent from this company.

Neighbors unstable and stalking

This problem has gone on for several months.I had fed 2 cats the neighbors didn't like it,it was reported to the office I understood and have refrained from feeding the cats,but,now they stalk me,they have followed my son to the mailbox@***p,standing with friends at either end of the breezeway where I need to squeeze thru, rampant running and blowing air horns. Weekends are even worse screaming children at all hours MY name is Linda Paz Garcia I live in #66 Meadowood Apts 37167 The odious neighbor is Lois Green #65.Please help me with this situation I can't afford to break my lease.

Troublesome tyrannanical neighbor

Meadow wood smyrna tn. Short story neighbor wants me to leave. She stand in the breezeway and glares,threatens ,attempts to blame this rain of terror on 2 farrel cats. Total lack of concern for tenant

I have had no AC since 9/12/2021. I have put in 8 requests for repair; not 1 call or visit to me or my apt. It is reaching 82 in the apartment during the day; I cannot work or sleep nor can my wife. I visted the office today; they told me maybe they can put a window unit in; that helps none. That was at 9 am today; still no call or visit from service.

Rent via Paperless

I don't know of any pissed agreement, where to find that or how to use that portal. Is going paperless worth losing residents.. many including myself are very concerned not being able to pay rent with a check. There aren't really 3 options, only 1 scary one.. direct withdrawal out a bank account. Many here have Social security as income.

FINALLY! It took 29 days to get one maintenance to come to my apartment for several repairs after a total of 4 requests (via telephone)! NOTE: This is the Greenway Chase Apts in Florissant, MO

Today is 13 July 2021....tomorrow will be exactly one month (30 days) that I have been waiting for maintenance to come to my apartment for repairs. I have called the leasing office 4 times & have sent 2 emails to them.

All they want is the money., they let hood *** people not use to nothing move in an do absolutely whatever

They charge parking fees, only to say they can't control parking. You pay rent but not guaranteed a parking spot where you pay rent. Bootleg top-flight security, and ignorant neighbors that enjoys living here with a apartment full of people in two bedroom apartments. Worst Place I ever rented from cant wait to move. The leasing office never answers phone.... Neighbors constantly come out an stare at everyone that visits our home. Carpeit never responds to emails or resolve anything.

Selling food on the front lawn of the property

The complaint is about one of the residence is so lazy they don't want to go elsewhere to sell their cook food they post up here in our community on the property right on the lawn in front of the other resident's door. Now that creates all kinds of different people coming over here to buy that sloppy food and jam up the parking for the resident and the manager has been told several times and the people still continue to sell food on the property which makes it unsafe for the resident, and it looks ridiculous on the lawn.

Rent payed on time carpet was to be taken up after i moved in.The carpet was nasty manager had it cleaned still was dirty.I had it cleaned 3 times still dirty.I moved out and was sent $14.00 for sd.

I am not going to stress over this 14.00 dollars.I had just sent 4 relatives to move there after i got security deposit back for 14.00 they said no way.It was a insult after i was cheated when i moved in.I was told how much my deposit was i payed it .2 weeks later i had to pay more for security deposit. Just dont forget God is watching.

Harassed by Le Comesol, Montreal

I was taking over a lease from the current tenant for appartment #518. I paid first (Nov'19) & last (Jun'20) cheques in advance as instructed by an on condition approval towards my application. I would be interested to be in the apartment from 1Nov as I have conveyed the same to my existing place. Le Comesol did not receive money from previous tenant for month of Oct'19. I am not responsible for it and they cannot deny the lease at this time. Please help me out of this situation. Capreit Rockville aweful company

You work hard and give 120 percent. When they tank due to bad decisions from the top, they then toss you out and throw you in a garbage can. Culture of capreit of Rockville. Worst people in the world. Those who are retained have to work double hard in order to cover for those who were tossed out. Weird and unfair people at the top.
